Owners Lyndsy Maechtle and Chris LaBarre have done it all! From dishwashers, pizza makers, kitchen managers, bartenders, General management, district managers, corporate trainers, new store openers etc. In (year?), they moved on to pursue the American Dream, apply their knowledge and do what they do best with their own food truck. 

They have always been huge sandwich fans but they knew it needed to be taken to another level. The Panini People use fresh baked bread that is pressed with the best quality whole sliced meats, Cheeses, fresh-cut veggies, and finished with house-made aioli’s and spreads! To add more heat to the fire, they serve all of their signature paninis with crispy French fries and house-made Chipotle Ketchup! Their Chipotle Ketchup is so popular, it’s now available through this website for online purchase!
